This 13 plex has been an exciting challenge for our team so far. We had to deal with many complexities, including the city's heritage regulations.
Spread over a period of two and a half years, this project required evaluation by engineers specializing in old buildings to create a replacement project harmonizing with the neighborhood and restrictive requests from the City of Laval. Despite the challenges, particularly in terms of zoning change with the City, which adopted the City's new urban plan currently in progress, we are proud to have been able to develop 13 exceptional housing units offering a roof terrace and a breathtaking view of Mount Royal.
Immolean worked in close collaboration with the urban planner service of the City of Laval to carry out this unique project. The three floors of the building provide a variety of accommodation, with 2 three and a half, 2 five and a half and 1 four and a half on the first floor. On the second floor, you will find townhouse-style accommodation over three floors, with the bedrooms separated from the living and dining area. An exceptional view awaits you on every floor!
